Coldplay concerts are known for their emotional vibes, glowing wristbands, and apparently—unexpected relationship drama.
At a recent show in Massachusetts, the band’s version of a “Kiss Cam” zeroed in on a couple: a man swaying with his arms around a woman. But just as they realized they were on the big screen, the man quickly ducked out of frame, and the woman turned away awkwardly.
Chris Martin noticed the moment, calling out from stage, “Oh, look at these two . . . all right, come on, you’re OK! Oh, what? Either they’re having an affair, or they’re just very shy.”
Turns out… he may have been onto something.
The video quickly went viral, and internet sleuths jumped in to identify the pair. The man is reportedly Andy Byron, the married CEO of a tech company called Astronomer. The woman? Kristin Cabot, the company’s Chief People Officer.
Not his wife. 😬
What started as a lighthearted moment turned into a full-on internet investigation—and now the “Kiss Cam” is trending for reasons Coldplay definitely didn’t plan.
