Spokane native Sydney Sweeney is making headlines with her latest unexpected collaboration. The actress has teamed up with natural soap brand Dr. Squatch to release a limited-edition bar called Sydney’s Bathwater Bliss—infused with her actual bathwater.
The soap features a woodsy scent profile, with notes of pine, Douglas fir, and earthy moss. Dr. Squatch describes the fragrance as “morning wood.” Sydney says she wanted the scent to reflect her Pacific Northwest roots, having grown up in Spokane and spending much of her childhood in northern Idaho.
During the brand’s promo shoot, Sweeney actually took a bath using the soap—and the water from that bath was collected and used in the product. She explained, “Fans always joke about wanting my bathwater… this is a fun way to connect with them and also promote self-care.”
Sydney’s Bathwater Bliss will be available in limited quantities for $8 each starting June 6th on Dr. Squatch’s website. A raffle will also be held, with 100 winners receiving a free bar.
